The Role

We’re hiring a Brand Media Planner, a media strategist and buyer who can help clients make smarter media investments across crypto, fintech, and finance publishers. You’ll build and manage direct relationships with media outlets, negotiate better pricing for clients, track and analyze campaign performance, and manage ad tech infrastructure for tracking and reporting.

This role blends strategy, execution, and relationship management, ideal for someone who’s been doing media planning at an agency and wants to take ownership, move faster, and work in an exciting space like crypto and Web3.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and collaborate with the paid social/search, KOL, and account management teams when creating a client’s media mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with direct media publishers, ad networks, and platforms across crypto, fintech, and finance sectors.
• Negotiate rates, packages, and placement opportunities to maximize ROI for clients.
• Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
• Manage client media budgets and oversee the allocation of spend across multiple channels.
• Implement tracking via ad server technology and manage campaign performance analytics.
• Provide clear performance reporting and actionable insights to clients.
• Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns (monitor impressions, clicks, conversion tracking, etc.).
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, paid social/search, KOL, and account manager, to ensure media strategies complement broader marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with crypto and fintech media trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
