Milk Road is a media company that helps everyday people get smarter about investing. We transform the latest investing news, trends, and analysis into engaging and digestible content through our various brands: Milk Road Crypto, Milk Road Macro, and Milk Road Degen.
Impact3 is a growth marketing agency of crypto-native marketers dedicated to building trusted brands in the trustless technology space, also known as crypto. We specialize in social media management, sponsorships, paid advertising, and more — helping crypto and fintech brands scale through compelling storytelling and data-driven performance marketing.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can work with our co-founder to take us from 30 people to 60 people over the next one to two years while maintaining our fast-paced, high-performance culture. You’ll work closely with one of our co-founders who supports both Impact3 and Milk Road with finances and talent management.
We’re hiring a people-first operator to build and scale the kind of company we all dream about working for. You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, performance management systems, and productivity tools like Notion, Discord, and AI. You’ll help us find great people, set them up for success, and make sure Milk Road is a place where A-players thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Global Hiring and Talent Acquisition
- Lead hiring and recruitment to double the size of our remote team over the next one to two years
- Source top-tier talent from around the world across multiple functions
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Run smooth onboarding flows so new hires hit the ground running, and handle off-boarding when needed
- Performance Management and Optimization
- Oversee and operationalize our biannual 360-degree review process using the Radical Candor framework
- Work with our leaders to ensure every team member has clear, measurable goals tied to compensation and incentives
- Support team leads in delivering ongoing coaching and addressing performance challenges
- Maintain and improve systems that drive clarity, accountability, and individual growth
- Productivity and Systems Enablement
- Drive internal adoption and optimization of Notion for project and task management
- Ensure effective use of Discord through sync and async communication to support remote collaboration
- Champion AI and emerging tools to enhance productivity across the organization
- Continuously evaluate and implement tech solutions that help scale team output
- Team Retreats and Fun Events
- Assist in planning our annual team retreat (Croatia in September 2025)
- Organize and run quarterly fun remote team events to encourage team bonding
