Role Overview

Impact3 is hiring an Ads Ops Manager who is ready to step in, take ownership, and quickly grow into the leader of our entire Ad Operations function. This is not a basic media buyer role. This is a builder role.

You will begin by running campaigns yourself across major platforms like Meta and Google, but the real goal is to systemize the entire function, shape the long-term structure, and lead a growing team of media buyers. You will be the person identifying opportunities, spotting gaps in expertise, and recommending new hires whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead the Ad Operations Function

• Take ownership of the entire Ad Ops division including strategy, execution, reporting, performance, and scaling.
• Start as the main media buyer while building systems that allow you to hand off execution.
• Identify hiring needs such as a TikTok specialist, Google Search expert, or other platform experts as we grow.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, workflows, and standards to ensure consistency across all clients.
• Train, mentor, and manage media buyers as the team expands.

Campaign Setup & Trafficking

• Build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, Brave, and additional platforms.
• Implement and maintain tracking such as pixels, events, UTMs, GA4 goals, and CRM integrations.
