Company: Impact3 Agency

About Impact3

Impact3 is a crypto-native growth marketing agency helping the best companies in crypto communicate clearly, build trust, and scale.

We specialize in social media, PR, paid media, visual production, strategy, influencer marketing and go-to-market campaigns. Our edge is combining deep crypto context with world-class execution across channels.

We’re a global team of ~40 marketing rockstars working remotely across the world.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Impact3, you own the client relationship end-to-end.

You’ll act as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for some of the most ambitious brands in crypto, ensuring their goals are translated into clear strategies, priorities, and execution across our internal teams.

This is not a content creation role. It’s a leadership, strategy, and ownership role.

Think of it as running a mini-agency within the agency for each client you manage.

Your job is to inspire confidence. Internally and externally.

Clients should trust you to tell them what to do next, not just execute what they ask for.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Client Ownership

Own the relationship with assigned clients. Lead weekly calls, set agendas, drive discussions, manage expectations, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

  2. Strategic Leadership

Deeply understand each client’s business, OKRs, constraints, and priorities. Translate those into clear strategies, recommendations, and action plans across Social, PR, Growth, Copy, and Creative.

  3. Execution & Coordination

Lead internal pods to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. Own timelines, priorities, and dependencies. Escalate early and remove blockers decisively.

  4. Reporting & Insight

Deliver weekly and monthly reporting that focuses on outcomes, insights, and next steps. Clients should walk away knowing what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re doing next.
