The Role
You’ll own analytics and measurement across Impact3’s client portfolio. This means setting up tracking, building dashboards, analyzing user behavior, and turning data into actionable recommendations to inform strategy.
Most of Impact3’s clients operate in the crypto space. Some have solid analytics foundations, many don’t. You’ll help them understand what’s happening with their products, why users behave the way they do, and what to do about it to meet their goals.
This role sits squarely between technical and strategic. You need to be comfortable using Mixpanel and building event taxonomies, but equally comfortable presenting the insights you uncover to a client executive who just wants to know if their campaign worked the way they intended.
We don’t reward performative overwork, but we do expect you to deliver what you commit to. You will have real ownership, but also real accountability.
- Analytics Infrastructure Architecture: Audit and improve client tracking setups across Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, and Web3-native tools like Cookie3, Dune, and Artemis. You will design event taxonomies and tracking plans to monitor user behavior in-app and on our clients’ websites.
- Deep-Dive Analysis & Insights: Run funnel analysis, cohort retention studies, and behavioral segmentation. You will identify patterns in user behavior that the strategy team can act on and translate on-chain activity into marketing insights.
- Client Strategy & Storytelling: Present analytics findings to clients and Impact3’s strategy team in clear, actionable terms. You will build reporting frameworks that clients can maintain themselves and partner with account leads to make data a part of every strategic conversation.
- Dashboards & Engineering-as-Marketing: Build and maintain dashboards that surface what’s worth measuring. In some scenarios, you will use these dashboards as engineering-as-marketing opportunities to showcase client growth publicly.
- Systemization: Document your work and implementations so they outlast any single person on the account. You will contribute to Impact3’s analytics methodology and tooling frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Impact3’s strategy team to ground recommendations in data. Collaborate with UX/UI teams and product designers to improve DeFi apps, crypto products, and websites based on your findings.
