The Role
As our Graphic Designer/Video Editor for our Ads team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and editing videos to support our paid media campaigns on Meta, X, Google and other platforms.
Your daily work would revolve around:
- Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Create Visual Content: Design social media graphics & ads from creative briefs & by repurposing high performing content.
- Video Editing: Edit video ad content in a variety of styles leveraging UGC clips, brand assets and external content (memes, social clips etc).
- Display Platform-Specific Expertise: Knowledge of design requirements for major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Safe Zone Awareness: Ensures key text, logos, and visuals remain within platform-specific safe zones to prevent cropping or cutoff.
- Apply Typography & Color Theory: Maintain brand consistency with fonts, colors, and layouts.
- Edit & Manipulate Images: Enhance photos, create mockups, and refine visuals.
- Prepare Final Deliverables: Export designs in various formats (Used for different social media platforms).
- Innovation & Efficiency:
- Staying creative & on top of trends: Keep up with current social content & design trends to develop fresh ideas.
- AI in work: Should want to learn all new AI tools that can help you in your role (stying on top of trends, finding good social ad examples, creating parts of or entire creatives).
- Project Management & Communication:
- Project Management: Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with the team, clients, or whoever necessary to incorporate feedback & get the job done.
