As Social Media Director at Impact3, you own the execution and strategy of social media for a set of assigned clients.
You are the senior, client-facing lead for social media within your pod. Your job is to set direction, lead strategy, and ensure flawless execution across organic social (mainly X and LinkedIn)
You will lead 1–2 Social Media Leads who support content creation and publishing. You are accountable for their output, focus, and quality.
This role is strictly focused on organic social media (company + founder accounts).
