The Role

As a Social Media Manager at Impact3, you’ll be the creative engine behind some of the most ambitious brands in crypto.

Your job is to create, publish, and engage daily, making sure our clients’ content not only lives but thrives on X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond.

This isn’t a client-facing role — your focus is on execution, creativity, and cultural relevance. Think of it as being the voice of the brand online while working closely with designers, video editors, and account managers who set strategy.

• Content Creation: Write posts, threads, memes, and captions that resonate with crypto audiences.
• Trendspotting: Stay plugged into CT and wider internet culture to hijack trends at the right moment.
• Publishing & Scheduling: Own the client’s posting calendar, making sure content is consistent, timely, and on-brand.
• Community Engagement: Reply, quote-tweet, and spark conversations that grow and energize the community.
• Collaboration: Work with designers/video editors to bring ideas to life visually, and with Account Managers to align with client goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, share insights, and test new formats to keep improving.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the crypto industry at large.
