The Role

As a Social Media Manager at Impact3, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of social content for fast-moving brands in crypto.

Your role is hands-on and creative. You’ll help create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok, while learning how to understand audiences, spot trends, and make content feel alive online.

This is not a client-facing role. Your focus is on execution, creativity, adaptability, and learning how to translate strategy into content. You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, and Account Managers who will guide the overall direction.

Your responsibilities include:

• Content Creation: Draft posts, captions, threads, and memes that feel native to each platform.
• Trendspotting: Stay aware of crypto Twitter and internet culture to identify opportunities for timely content.
• Publishing & Scheduling: Help maintain posting calendars to ensure consistent, on-brand output.
• Community Engagement: Support light engagement tasks like replying, liking, and boosting conversations when relevant.
• Collaboration: Work with designers and editors to package ideas visually, and align with Account Managers on goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor basic metrics and share observations; assist in testing formats to learn what works and why.
