Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take our social presence to the next level.

What You’ll Do

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of Milk Road across X, Instagram, YouTube and potentially more, driving the strategy, content, and engagement for our accounts.

This isn’t a “just execute the plan” kind of role—we’re looking for someone who’s creative, proactive, and ready to experiment.

You’ll have the freedom to come up with cool campaigns, competitions, and ideas to grow our audience and make Milk Road a standout brand in the crypto world.

Here’s what you’ll own:

• Content Strategy & Creation
  • Build and execute a social strategy that drives engagement, growth, and traffic to our products.
  • Create fresh, branded, and shareable content tailored for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube Community.
  • Repurpose our existing content (newsletter, podcast, pro reports) into social-first formats.
• Community Engagement
  • Be our boots on the ground—interact with the crypto community, reply to posts, and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders.
  • Keep our audience engaged with thoughtful questions, debates, and responses that foster connection.
• Brand Voice & Campaigns
  • Own Milk Road’s voice on social: educational, funny, and unpretentious.
  • Pitch and execute creative campaigns, whether it’s a meme that goes viral or a community competition that gets people talking.
• Analytics & Improvement
  • Keep a close eye on performance metrics and learn what’s working (or not).
  • Use insights to continuously improve our content and strategy.

Note: At Milk Road, you’ll have the support of 10+ researchers digging into crypto trends and insights daily. You will also have graphic designers and video editors around you.
