Founded seven years ago by Kyle Reidhead and Jay Hamilton, we got into crypto early and became one of the leading agencies in the space. Now our goal is to become one of the leading agencies in finance, because we believe onchain finance, not crypto, is where the future is being built.

The Role

This is a senior, IC-forward role for a results-driven PR operator whose edge is live relationships, not theory. You are a finance and fintech expert who understands onchain finance, stablecoins, and market infrastructure well enough to turn complex ideas into clean mainstream stories. You are not a crypto PR person. This is not a Head of PR seat: you lead accounts, build on our systems, keep clients confident, drive case-study-level wins, and give new-business pitches real media credibility.

You own the relationships, strategy, and execution that land clients in Bloomberg, the FT, CNBC, Barron's, CoinDesk, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the BBC, CNN, and the trade press shaping finance. You manage a simultaneous roster of spokespeople across fintech, decentralized finance, digital asset market making, stablecoin development, and retail investor media.

What you'll own:

• Media relationships and placements: Convert your first-name relationships with reporters, editors, and columnists across finance, business, AI, and tech press into tier-one coverage.
• Announcement strategy: Own client announcements end to end, including release, legal review, timing, sequencing, and the call on when a milestone is best served by a broad wire push, a targeted exclusive, an embargo, or a staged rollout, each paired with a matching pitch plan.
• News-cycle intelligence: Track breaking news across finance, crypto, AI, macroeconomics, and geopolitical beats and match the headline to the right spokesperson before the window closes.
• Spokesperson development: Prep executives and experts with briefs, question guides, and sharp talking points, and coach them through hard questions without over-pitching.
• Client retention and intelligence: Keep clients clear and confident with regular reporting on outreach, placements, and coverage, and surface intelligence from reporter conversations that sharpens broader client strategy.
